It has been stated by the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant that the said certificate is by way of furnishing the particulars of the materials facts pleaded in the pleadings filed by the applicant in connection with the election petition and the learned senior counsel, accordingly, prays for allowing him to produce and file the said certificate.
