No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 279 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 04.09.2019. It is stated that in view of the simple injuries, the de facto complainant has not filed Claim Petition. It is also stated that the case is pending at the fresh summons stage. Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.744 of 2019 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur, stands quashed.
