No.5798 of 2025 ORDER This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 541 days caused in representation of the above appeal S.A.(MD).S.R.No.53088 of 2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, owing to a lack of communication, the petitioner was unable to keep track of the proceedings, which resulted in a delay of 541 days in filing the present appeal. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (CS) for 11th respondent. 4.Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 541 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 within one week from today.
