SURENDREN, AGP FOR R-1 ORDER The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.AA/ 929/2011 dated 31.8.2015. 2. It is the case of the petitioner Corporation that the respondents 2 to 4/workmen were appointed as daily wages employees.The workmen have filed a petition under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 to regularise their services with the petitioner Corporation before the Labour Court. Without considering the entire case, the Labour Court has allowed the petition in favour of the workmen. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the workmen were appointed as permanent employees. Due to some allegation, the fourth respondent was terminated from service. Hence, the present writ petition is nothing survives for adjudication. 4. In view of the above reasons, the writ petition becomes dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
