The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information report dated 20.03.2025 in Case Crime No.20 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Mandawali, District Bijnor." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
