Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 302 &120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 4. On 22.06.2024, daughter of the Informant was murdered in the field of co-accused Bandhu Oraon by her husband and other co-accused persons. 5. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused Bandhu Oraon @ Bandhu Bhagat and Sudhir Lohara @ Sudhir Lohra have been granted bail by this Court earlier and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 6. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla or his successor in connection with Ghaghra P.S.
