Petitioner being the husband; seeks transfer of the said proceedings to the Court at Bengaluru on the ground that there is a life threat for the petitioner if he appears before the Court at Gauribidanur. 5. Such an apprehension can be quelled by directing the petitioner to appear through video conference and effectively participate in the pending matrimonial proceedings. 6.
