(Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks direction that the respondents may be directed to take a decision on the objections dated 08.07.2025 filed by the petitioner against the nomination of the respondent no. 6. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 Uttarakhand State Election Commission (“the Commission”) was required to get instructions. 4. Today, learned counsel for the Commission submits that the objections filed by the petitioner were heard on 09.07.2025, in which the petitioner also participated, and thereafter the objections have been rejected. The instructions received by the learned counsel for the Commission has been placed for perusal of the Court. They are taken on record. 2 5. Instant petition has been filed seeking direction that the objections filed by the petitioner may be decided, but, as stated by the learned counsel for the Commission that the objections have already been decided, nothing survives in the matter. 6.
