G SRIDHAR REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s agricultural land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.283-2P in Damavaram Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. 2 3. During the course of arguments, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him from the Tahsildar in the case, which reflects that pursuant to the earlier directions of this Court in W.P.No.9906 of 2019, dated 16.01.2019, notices were issued to all the interested persons who have been claiming right over the subject property. However, without responding to the said notice, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition. 4. The said instructions of the Tahsildar are placed on record. 5. The writ petition was filed on 03.03.2020 and the enquiry notice was on 18.12.2019. It is not clear from the records, if any survey has been conducted pursuant to the said notice. 6. In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the respondent Nos.4 & 5 shall conduct a detailed survey in respect of Sy.No.283 of Damavaram Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as directed by this Court and thereon, detailed orders shall be passed by the respondents. 7. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
