The petitioner in this writ petition is assailing the Surrender Deed dated 06.12.2021 and the Endorsement dated 06.05.2022 as per Annexures - A and C, inter alia, sought to declare the Surrender deed as null and void and consequently, set aside the endorsement dated 06.05.2022. 3. Having taken note of the observation made by this Court in the order dated 04.08.2022 and compliance has been made by the respondent - authority as noted in the order of this Court dated 10.08.2022, I am of the view that, as disputed questions of facts are involved with regard to interest of the child is concerned, no interference is called for in this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Court for redressal of her grievances. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
