ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a suitable writ in the nature of mandamus or Order/direction to the ministry of external affairs i.e. the respondent No. 01, to consider the representation dated of the petitioner's husband

for citizenship 5/09/2024, produced at Annexure-G.
(b) Issue a suitable writ in the nature of mandamus or Order/direction to the FRRO for refugees to consider the representation of the petitioner's husband for Long Term Visa. (c) Grant such other relief/reliefs as this Honourable Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice and equity. 2.
A memo dated 04.12.2025 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:
" The Petitioner respectfully submits as follows: It is submitted that the above Writ Petition has been filed before this Honorable High Court at Bengaluru. However, after perusing the objections filed by the respondent No.03 that they have not received any requisition, the petitioner instructs the advocate signed here below to withdraw this petition in order to facilitate her to give fresh requisition to the FRRO for grant of long term Visa to her husband who is now under refugee status in India, with liberty to file fresh petition if need arises, to meet the ends of justice and equity."
