learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed for an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents as well as to the Learned Court below i.e., the Learned S.D.J.M., Jamui to conclude the trial of the case bearing G.R. No. 818 of 1996 arising out from Chakai P.S. Case No. 56 of 1996, which was registered for the offence under Sections-420, 120, 464, 465, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code on the basis of complaint case filed by Aklu Poddar for a civil
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.55 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 dispute between the parties.
3. The S.D.J.M., Jamui is directed to conclude the trial of the case bearing G.R. No. 818 of 1996 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 56 of 1996 within three months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands allowed.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jamui through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
