(II) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order to discharge the present applicants from the offence under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the FIR (Crime) No. 89/2023 may kindly be quashed against the present applicants in the interest of justice. (III) Any other relief may also be granted to the applicants which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 At the outset, Mr. Shivendu Pandya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that as the petitioners have already been granted bail by this Court and further there are chances of compromise between the petitioners and the respondent No. 2, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage, with liberty to take recourse to law, if occasion arises in future. 4 Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1/State has no objection. 5 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if any cause of action arises in future.
