Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51814 WP No. 36942 of 2025 order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. Counsel, therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 4. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 5. The captioned Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 6. A Writ of Mandamus is ordered. The respondents are directed to continue the services of the petitioner. The petitioner is entitled to continue in employment under respondent - Board till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years subject to all the Rules and Regulations applicable to the employment of the petitioner.
