An F.I.R was registered against the three accused and the parent case in C.C.No.110 of 2995 was disposed of on admonition. The case was split up in respect of the second accused and assigned C.C.No.217 of 2010. The case property is also recovered. Thereafter, the case was again transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ariyalur and obtained C.C.No.14 of 2016. Considering the nature of case, no useful purpose is served in keeping the case pending. 2.
