JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to allot a vacant land measuring 600 square meters adjacent to Plot No.256B of Bommasandra Industrial Area. 2. Petitioner submits that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner was before this Court in light of certain legal disputes in W.P.No.2749/2011 along with W.P.No.39066/2010. 3. It is submitted that by virtue of the observations made therein, liberty was reserved to file an application which may be considered by the respondent for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26840 WP No. 19679 of 2024 allotment in accordance with law. Petitioner has now found certain vacant land available for allotment and has made a request in terms of the representations at Annexures-A and B. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representations would be considered as per law and procedure. 5. In light of the same, petition is disposed off directing the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-A and B within a period of 3 months from today.
