Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 3. Perused the material on record. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate Court and move an application for regular bail. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 2 Dr.VJP,J Crl.P.No.2097 of 2025 6. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel representing both parties, the petitioner herein is permitted to surrender before the Concerned Magistrate Court and move an application seeking regular bail, on such application, the learned Magistrate is requested to dispose of such application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 7. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
