ORDER: The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the
order dated 15.02.2019 in C.M.A.No.25 of 2014 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Guntur, which was filed aggrieved by the refusal of injunction in I.A.No.962 of 2014 in O.S.No.163 of 2014, dated 21.10.2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
2. No interim order was passed by this Court.
3. in view of passage of time and considering that the suit is at advanced stage, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all grounds in the suit. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
