The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he alongwith other F.I.R. named co-accused persons armed with pistol, iron rod, knife, lathi & danda, came at the housed of informant and started assaulting her and when son & husband of informant came to save her, they were also assaulted. Petitioner is also alleged to have fired on the son of informant, but the bullet did not hit him. Petitioner has also got two criminal antecedents. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
