Mr. Akshay Pradhan, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant ‘Ravindra Pal Arora’ S/o Variyam Singh Arora, who is a senior citizen aged about 65 years, is praying for bail in relation to First Information Report dated 22.02.2023 bearing FIR No. 84 of 2023, P.S. Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar, which was lodged against three persons namely Sonu Kumar, Mohd. Ikram and Birampal Saini for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been arrested without any substance since the applicant is not named in the FIR. He submits that the FIR was registered on 22.02.2023 but uptill date charge-sheet has not been filed and despite the fact that the applicant is not named in the FIR he was arrested on 13.06.2025. He also submits that the other three co-accused persons, who are named in the FIR, have been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. On merit, he also submits that the dispute is infact purely of civil dispute since there are dispute in respect of two sale deeds dated 13.07.2018 and 22.11.2018 in which the mutation proceedings were already concluded in the year 2020 and the person in favour of whom the sale deeds were executed their names were recorded in the revenue records. 5. He further submits that sale deed dated 13.07.2018 was executed by the applicant being a power of attorney holder of the actual owner of the land, but later on the actual owner of the land sold the same piece of land to the another person by a subsequent sale deed dated 22.11.2018. He submits that the applicant is a senior citizen and 2025:UHC:6370 always ready to cooperate with the investigation and taking into consideration that the other three co-accused persons, who are named in the FIR, have been granted anticipatory bail, the applicant may also be released on bail. 6. On the other side, Mr. Pankaj Joshi have not disputed this fact that the co-accused persons, who are named in the FIR, have been granted anticipatory bail, however he submits that the investigation is still going on. 7. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration the nature of the allegation and the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen and is languishing in jail since 13.06.2025 and three accused persons, who are named in the FIR, have been granted anticipatory bail, this court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant ‘Ravindra Pal Arora’ be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
