JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK ORDER 10.03.2025 Heard Ms. K Malakar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. The applicant along with two others filed the connected Bail Application No. 3419/2024 seeking bail in Gorchuk Police Station Case No. 284/2024 registerd under Sections 20(b)(ii) (C)/29 of the NDPS Act, corresponding to G.R. No. 5326/2024, in which they were arrested on 10.09.2024. 3. By order dated 07.03.2025 passed in the connected BA No. 3419/2024, the Court granted bail to the applicant and other two accused persons of the case. 4. However, in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in the connected BA No. 3419/2024, the applicant’s name has been wrongly typed as “Sri Sasuma Daimari”, son of Sri Babu Daimari instead of “Sri. Sansuma Daimari @ Sansuma Daimary”. Hence, this interlocutory application for correction of the name of the applicant in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in said BA No. 3419/2024. 5. From the records of said BA No. 3419/2024 preferred by the applicant along with two others, it is seen that in the cause title the name of the applicant has been shown as “Sri Sasuma Daimari, son of Sri Babu Daimari”. Howerver, on perusal, it is seen that in the FIR dated 10.09.2024 relating to said Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 284/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 5326/202 as well as in the Forwarding Report of the I.O. of the case dated 10.09.2024, the name of the applicant has been reocrded as “Sri. Sansuma Daimari @ Sansuma Daimary”. 6. Considering the above, Ms. K Malakar, learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to correct the name of the applicant as “Sri. Sansuma Daimari @ Sansuma Daimary” in place of “Sri Sasuma Daimari” in the cause title of the connected Bail Appln. No. 3419/2024 by hand putting her initial. Page No.# 3/3 7. It is also made clear that in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in said Bail Appln. No. 3419/2024, wherever the word “Sri Sasuma Daimari, son of Sri. Babu Daimari” exists, the same shall be read as “Sri. Sansuma Daimari @ Sansuma Daimary, son of Sri. Babu Daimari”. 8. This order shall be read together with the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in the connected Bail Appln. No. 3419/2024. 9.
