The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition for a direction upon the respondent authority to modify the transfer list dated 30.06.2025 including the petitioner's name as his junior's name has been mentioned in the list. On the basis of instructions, Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 4 submits that after perusal of the service record, it has been found that the petitioner is senior to respondent no. 5, thus, the documents for consideration of his transfer / adjustment have been placed before the Secretary, Basic Education Board, U.P., Prayagraj - respondent no. 2, therefore, direction may be issued to respondent no. 2 for decision at his end. In view of the above, this Court finds that ends of justice would be subserved by issuance of a direction upon respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's grievance in accordance with law after affording opportunity of being heard to respondent no. 5 - Om Rupam Tripathi, Assistant Teacher, Prathmik Vidyalaya, Saloni Ki Madhaiya, Block Sambhawali, District Hapur, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
