Sri Sunil Kumar Singh appears for respondent no. 1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2. The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: - "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 4 to unblock/unfreeze the bank account of the petitioner in HDFC Bank bearing the HDFC0001093 G.T. Road, Kanpur Nagar and also not to freeze any other Bank Accounts for NIF Pvt. Ltd. in future so as to allow the petitioner to operate the Company's bank account unhindered. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the representation dated 14.8.2025 of the petitioner annexed as Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition." 3. The case of the petitioner is that its current account in HDFC Bank, Branch G.T. Road, Kanpur Nagar, has been frozen without any basis. The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation before respondent no. 4 on 14.8.2025 and prays that the same be directed to be considered and decided by the said respondent. 4. We are of considered view that at the present moment, interest of justice would be subserved in directing respondent no. 4 to examine the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision on the same. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.8.2025 within two weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
