The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "1) Appointing an Arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act-1996, as pursuance of clause 15 of the Purchase Order dated 14- 05-2016, vide Annexure-A and in the light of the Decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in the case of Perkins Eastman Architects DPC & another Vs.
