HON'BLE RAM MANOHAR NARAYAN MISHRA, J.
1. Heard Sri Ambrish Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Seema Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to direct respondent No.3 to decide the applications dated 01.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the licence of the firm M/s Girdhar Murat Service Station under the provisions of the Petroleum Act, 1934 and Rules framed thereunder.
3. It appears that there has been reconstitution of the partnership firm and a suit is also pending between petitioner and the firm, and during its pendency, the petitioner seeks cancellation on the ground that the site over which petrol pump is being run has been transferred in his sole name by means of a freehold deed.
4. Admittedly, the respondents have taken cognizance of the application, and the proceedings are pending.
5. Consequently, no further direction is required to be issued by this Court.
