HEMALEKHA Digitally signed by MAHALAKSHMI B M Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46538 WP No. 28285 of 2025 ORAL ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) to allot alternative sites in lieu of sites earlier taken over from her, namely site bearing No. 8 formed in Assessment No. ¼ -B, 1/5, 9/1-B and 9/2 in all measuring 30’ x 40’ situated at Sulikere Panchayat, Challaghatta Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite submission of a detailed representation along with all relevant records concerning the said sites, the respondent-authority has not taken any action to consider her claim. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- BDA submits that the application/representation so submitted by the petitioner will be duly considered by the authority in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 4. Accordingly, this Court pass the following : ORDER (i) The Writ Petition is disposed of. (ii) The respondent-authority shall consider the petitioner’s representation at Annexure-F and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
