It is alleged that learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Haridwar passed a compromise decree on 02.07.2022; however, property of the petitioners, who are not party to the suit, is also being affected by the said decree. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have moved an application seeking review of the compromise decree dated 02.07.2022 which has been registered as Miscellaneous Case No. 32 of 2022 and the same has not been decided yet. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide Miscellaneous Case No. 32 of 2022 within nine months from date of production of certified copy of this order.
