Case No. 226 of 2022 arising out of Marangahada P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 396 of 2020(s), for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Khunti. 3. It is alleged that between the intervening night of 23/24.10.2019, unknown persons shot the father of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused namely Birsa Munda @ Surya Munda who has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 12515 of 2021. 5. Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T.
