A supplementary-affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for applicant wherein he has brought on record the marriage registration certificate as well as the marriage certificate registered from Arya Samaj Vedic Trust Regd., evidencing the marriage of the applicant with the victim, Himanshi. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and victim both are living together peacefully hence, bail granted to the applicant may be confirmed. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 11.11.2024 is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as in earlier interim bail dated 11.11.202. Bail application is allowed.
