This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an order or direction to (Respondent No. 9) the Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Soraon Prayagraj to decide Case No. 8952/2024 (Smt. Basanti Devi and others Versus Smt. Swara Devi and others) under section 116 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 pending before the Learned Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Tehsil Soraon District Prayagraj in fair and impartial manner expeditiously within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.9 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
