Writ Petition (Writ C) no. 11773 of 2025, (Muslim Darul Yatama Val Masakeen Waqf no. 2502, District Meerut through its Secretary Sri Mohammad Shakeel Khan Vs. The State of U.P. and others) and to initiate Criminal proceeding against under Section 340/195 of Cr.P.C. (379/215) of B.N.S.S. 2023. 3. I do not find any ground to register a case against the petitioner and this application is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
