P3 & P5. (ii) issue a writ of certiorari to quash Exhibit P1 as it is illegal, arbitrary against the provisions of the Arms Act and Rules. (iii) dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents. (iv) issue such other writ, direction or order as may be prayed for, in the fact and circumstances of the case. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will be satisfied if the appeal which is produced as Ext.P9 along with the reply affidavit filed by the petitioner is considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent in accordance with the law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3. The learned Government Pleader submits that if Ext.P9 has been filed within time and is pending for consideration, the same can be disposed of in accordance with the law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
