No. 70887 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- each in the victim’s compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Mahishi (Jalai) P.S. Case No. 369 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa. 4. The order dated 22.10.2024 is modified to the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
