In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the impugned order dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure-E) passed by respondent No.2. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, it appears that, as the petitioner is claiming the renewal of license to run the Fair Price Depot under the provisions of Karnataka Essential Commodities (PDS) Control Order, 1992, and also in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.5052/2023, dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure-D), the impugned order of Annexure-E, dated 15.06.2023 passed by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53804 WP No. 13678 of 2023 respondent No.2 is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to respondent No.2 to reconsider the issue afresh in accordance with law. 4.
