The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition or a direction upon respondent no. 4 - District Basic Education Officer, Ghazipur to correct/ update the e-service book of the petitioner mentioning therein the subject 'Mathematics and Science' replacing the subject 'Urdu' for which the petitioner has already raised his grievance on 21.03.2025 in Manav Sampada Portal. At the very outset, Sri Bipin Bihari Pandey, learned counsel for the BSA emphasized upon Page-6 of the supplementary affidavit, which mentions that the relief as prayed cannot be granted to the petitioner as 'Urdu BTC 2006' has already been mentioned in the appointment letter (Annexure-1 Page-6 of the supplementary affidavit), thus, 'Urdu' shall be shown in the service books of the candidates who have obtained appointment under 'Urdu BTC 2006'. The writ petition lacks merit. It is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
