Accordingly, this interlocutory application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2629 of 2025 4. Heard the parties. 5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jasidih Rail P.S. Case No. 23/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 & 120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 6. On 30.03.2023, informant came to know that dead body of his nephew was lying on Mathurapur railway station track. Informant rushed to the place of occurrence and found that his nephew was murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed murder of the deceased as he was having affairs with this petitioner. 7. It was submitted that apart from suspicion there is no material available against the petitioner on record. It was further submitted that family members of the petitioner have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 8. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but do not dispute the aforesaid facts. 9. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Jasidih Rail P.S.
