While hearing the matter for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his grievance shall stand redressed if the learned Executing Court is directed to give him liberty of four weeks for voluntarily making the payment in terms of the compromise, during which period, the proceedings on the execution petition may be stayed. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that petitioner is already on job to sell some of his property for making the payment in favour of the respondent as per the terms and conditions of the compromise which may take some further time. 3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner/accused to make the due payment in favour of the respondent/complainant as per the terms and conditions of the compromise reported to have been entered into between them within a period of four weeks from today, during which period, the proceedings on the execution petition shall remain stayed. 4. The learned Executing Court shall be at liberty to proceed with the execution petition under law in case the petitioner fails to comply with the compromise order, within a period of 4 weeks. 5.
