The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 103/3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the court of Smt. Sushila Soreng, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. On 02.01.2025 at about 10:15 a.m, the informant came to know that his brother Suraj Pramanik was shot dead by named accused persons near Carmel School. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedents. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
