The present petition has been filed seeking the following prayers: “(a) Issue appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent No.3 to forward the name of the petitioners in the list of the athletes of Taekwondo for the 38th national games to be held at Uttarakhand; (b) Issue appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent No.2 to allow the petitioners to participate in the 38th national games in the sport of Taekwondo to be held at Uttarakhand. (c) pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.” 2. After some hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submit that an endeavour shall be made to accommodate the petitioners for the purpose of participation in the 38th 3. It is stated by respective counsel for the respondents that they will coordinate with each other for the aforesaid purpose and will draw up the fixtures accordingly.
