ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Please to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail in Crime No.100/2025 registered by Anekal P.S. for offences p/u/s 108, 3(5) of BNS which is not pending before the Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal in the interest of justice.
2. A memo dated 28.7.2025 has been filed signed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, which reads as under:- Memo for withdrawal The undersigned counsel for petitioner and the petitioner most respectfully prays this Hon’ble Court that, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw this petition wherein the above Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.100/2025, since the case is infructuous, the Petitioner under instructions, desires to withdraw the present petition. Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Criminal Petition bearing No.7201 of 2025, in the interest of justice and equity.
