The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 292, 338, 336(3), 111, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 47-A of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar, Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 05.12.2024, Nagar Untari Police intercepted a container bearing Registration No. UP 21 ET 0940 and seized huge quantity of liquor from there. It is alleged that the petitioner is the driver of the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the case is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate and the petitioner is in custody for about four months. 5. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar, Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S.
