Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Satish Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shri Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.199 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 70(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Airport, District- - Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. The applicant was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 6.2.2025 as he was ready to marry the victim. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant and victim have solemnized marriage with each other and are living happily. The applicant has also applied for registration of their marriage online. The copy of the marriage registration application form has been filed as Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit filed today in Court. Learned counsel has further stated that the co-accused person Sekoo @ Sohit Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4080 of 2025. As such, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail. 7. Learned counsel for the informant has not disputed the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and has no objection, if the applicant is enlarged on regular bail. 8. Learned A.G.A. has also not disputed the said fact. 9. Under these circumstances, the earlier order of this Court dated 6.2.2025 is made absolute. The present bail application is, accordingly, allowed. 10. Let the applicant- Deepak, who is involved in aforementioned case crime, be released on regular bail on the same personal bond and sureties, if already furnished, subject to the conditions enumerated in the earlier order of this Court dated 6.2.2025.
