Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicants to quash the impugned order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Executive Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner of Police, Yamuna Nagar, Commissionerate, District Allahabad/Prayagraj in Case No.02 of 2024, under section 152(1) B.N.S.S., Police Station Sankargarh, District Allahabad/Prayagraj. 4. This 528 BNSS application has been filed against the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Police Commissioner, Prayagraj by which the Police Commissioner after getting report from District Magistrate by letter No.2716 dated 28.11.2024 directed the applicants to appear before court concerned on 10.12.2024 and filed objection or to remove the illegal encroachment. 5. Learned AGA raised objection that this application has filed against show-cause notice. Applicants have opportunity to raise all the objection before concerned authority. 6. Considered the arguments raised by both the counsels. This application is disposed of with direction that the if applicants move objection within a period of three weeks, the objection of the applicants shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of one week after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the parties.
