Prayer being innocuous is allowed. Since, the instant petition is pending, obviously, any action taken by official respondents with respect to the subject matter of dispute herein, shall be subject to final outcome of this petition. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Any promotion that will be made to the post of Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology in I.G.M.C, Shimla, during the pendency of this petition shall be subject to final outcome of the petition.
