Through the present application, the Applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court on 10th February, 2025 for a period of 60 days. In compliance with the directions of the Court issued on the previous date, the State has handed over the verification report which is taken on record. 3. As per the verification report, the Applicant had a history of sebrcem gland tumor and the surgery was conducted for the same on 16th March, 2025 and he is currently admitted in the hospital for medical care. The doctors have advised him bed rest for 2 to 3 weeks and recommended an eye check on account of the pain in his eyes. 4. Considering the fact that this is entirely a new ground and the fact that the Petitioner has recently undergone surgery, the interim bail granted to the Petitioner is extended on the same terms and conditions as provided in order dated 10th February, 2025 for a period of 30 days from today. The Petitioner shall surrender immediately on the expiry of the interim bail. 5. With the above directions, the applications are disposed of. 6.
