Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for selling of the land bearing Khasra No.3035/1 ad-measuring 0.0160 hectare, Patwari Halka No.15 situated at Baloda Bazar, at the rate of Rs.27,00,000/- which is above the market rate as per guidelines of the year 2024-25 i.e. Rs.25,60,000/-, which is observed by the respondent/Collector in its order dated 20/11/2024. 2. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. On the event of approaching the authority for registration of the sale deed, the authority shall take appropriate steps to register the sale deed in accordance with law.
