The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: Both the petitioners, who are major, got married to each other in accordance with Hindu rites and ceremonies on 10.08.2025. Their relationship was not approved of by their parents and they expressed their unhappiness. It is in this backdrop that the present petition has been filed by the petitioners. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Kamalpreet Bawa, DAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents-State of Punjab. 5.
