In this writ petition, petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.4 to consider the representation dated 14.02.2025 produced at Annexure-B. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that, the Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru South Sub Division, Bengaluru, has allowed the appeal preferred by the petitioner herein, vide proceedings in R.A.(S) No.235/2025 dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure-C), and accordingly, directed the Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru- respondent no.4, to remove the extent of 01 acre 03 guntas and mutate the name of the petitioner herein in the RTC in respect of the subject land. 5. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent no.4 is directed to consider the representation dated 14.02.2025 (Annexure-B), submitted by the petitioner to effect khatha in his name in respect of the subject land and, in the light of order passed by respondent no.3 in R.A.(S) No.235/2025 dated 04.06.2025 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27418 WP No. 21494 of 2025 (Annexure-C), within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
