Present petition has been preferred with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, E.C. Act, Fatehpur to decide the Session Trial no. 1484 of 2024, State of U.P. vs. Ramchet Lodhi and others, arising out of Case Crime no. 43 of 2024, under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 IPC, Police Station Asothar, District Fatehpur, pending before him, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 3. From perusal of the order sheet pertaining to Session Trial no. 1484 of 2024, appended at page no. 65 of the petition, it transpired that petitioner has approached this Court seeking aforesaid prayer at a very early stage and therefore the prayer sought through the instant petition cannot be acceded at this stage. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the instant petition is hereby dismissed at this stage. However, petitioner will be at liberty to prefer the same prayer after considerable period of time, if any cause of action arises due to dilatory tactics adopted by respondents.
