Case No. 284/2023, registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head and shoulder of informant by means of iron rod. One of the injury has been found to be grievous in nature. 4.
